Quick city break

Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Bratislava for a Städtereise. Hotel was clean and well-located. Check-in was fast. Room was comfortable. Good breakfast. No complaints, would book again for a short trip.

Consistent quality at Kronplatz

This was my third time staying at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz for a Skiurlaub, and it was as reliable as ever. I booked directly through their site, which is always easy. The rooms are consistently modern and clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The ski-in/ski-out access is still the main draw, it just makes everything so convenient. Breakfast and dinner options were great, plenty of variety each day. They've maintained their standards, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just a solid, enjoyable stay again.

Good stay, minor room issue

We booked a Familienurlaub at Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik. The booking process online was smooth, and confirmation came quickly. Arrival and check-in were efficient. Our room was generally good, clean and spacious enough for us. The food selection for Halbpension Plus was decent, lots of options for kids. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy at night, which made sleeping a little tricky. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and felt like a good value for the price.

Relaxing weekend at Stegersbach

Just got back from Falkensteiner Balance Resort Stegersbach, did a little Wellness Wochenende Paket. It was super chill. The pools were great, spent most of my time there. Food was good too, had the Halbpension and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were all really nice, always ready to help. My room was comfy and clean. Just what I needed for a break from everything, felt very refreshed after. Definitely a good spot if you want to unwind.

Okay for families

Booked Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora for a Familienurlaub. The kids club was a big hit with my little ones, which was a relief. Food was plentiful, if a bit cafeteria-style sometimes. The pool areas were great for families. Our room was adequate but felt a little dated compared to the photos. It was an alright trip, but next time I might try another resort for variety.

Detailed Falkensteiner Iadera experience

I recently stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Iadera for a Wellnessurlaub. The booking on their website was straightforward, I opted for a package with Spa Behandlungen included. Confirmation arrived within minutes. Getting there was easy with the provided directions. Check-in was very professional. My room had a sea view, which was a nice touch. The spa facilities were extensive and well-maintained; I particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and various saunas. The massage I booked was excellent, very relaxing. Dining at the hotel, especially the breakfast buffet, offered a wide selection of fresh items. Service at the restaurant was attentive. The only small hiccup was a slight delay in getting fresh towels to the room one evening, but it was resolved quickly after a call to reception. Overall, a high-quality experience and worth considering for a relaxing getaway.

Are dogs allowed at their hotels? Specifically looking at the Hotel & Spa Iadera for a wellness weekend, and our pug is basically family. Don't want to leave him behind.

J Josh Sanchez 3 weeks ago
I'm pretty sure some Falkensteiner hotels are dog-friendly, but you'd have to check with the specific hotel. I remember seeing something about it on their FAQ.

My friend brought her small dog to one of their hotels in Austria last year. She said it was fine, but they charged a small fee per night. Definitely call or email the Iadera directly to confirm their specific policy before you book, some places have weight limits too.

Trying to book a family vacation at the Club Funimation Borik but my promo code isn't working at checkout. Any tips? It's one I got from their newsletter a while back.

M Mark Hernandez 1 month ago
Hmm, sometimes those newsletter codes have expiration dates, or they're only valid for certain hotels or travel periods. Did you double check the fine print on the email you got it from?

Yeah, I had that happen once. Turns out the code was only for specific dates. Also, you can only use one code at a time usually, so if you've got another discount applied already, that could be it too.

Has anyone used their Spirit Club membership for discounts? Is it actually worth signing up, or are the discounts usually pretty minimal compared to just waiting for a seasonal sale?

R Rachel Mitchell 2 weeks ago
I'm a Spirit Club member, and yeah, I usually get an extra 5-10% off. It adds up, especially on longer stays or more expensive hotels. Plus, sometimes they have member-exclusive offers that aren't available to everyone else. Totally worth it if you plan on staying with them more than once.

Hey, thinking of booking the Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden for a honeymoon next year. Does anyone know if there's any special deal for newlyweds or something like that? Or should I just wait for a Black Friday type of sale?

I Ian Lee 1 week ago
I think they have a 'Flitterwochen Rabatt' mentioned somewhere, like a honeymoon discount. You might want to check for that specifically. Black Friday is usually good too though, just depends on the timing.

J Josh Moore 1 week ago
Yeah, I saw something about honeymoon discounts on their site before. Also, if you sign up for their Spirit Club, you usually get an extra percentage off, which might stack with other offers sometimes. Worth looking into for sure.

What's the deal with their half-board vs full-board plus? Is full-board plus actually worth it or is half-board enough? Planning a ski trip to Kronplatz and trying to figure out food options.

A Amber Jackson 1 month ago
Half board usually means breakfast and dinner. Full board plus, from what I've seen with them, often includes lunch and drinks during meal times, sometimes snacks. For a ski trip, having lunch sorted can be super convenient, so you don't have to worry about finding places on the slopes every day. Depends on your budget though.

I did half board at one of their hotels in Italy and it was perfectly fine. We just grabbed lunch wherever we were out and about. If you're going to be skiing all day, sometimes you don't even want a huge lunch. But if you have kids, the 'plus' option might be less hassle.
